Delicious mix, perfect results every time.
The dough is easy to use and all you do is add water for bread and some oil for pizza. Perfect results every single time. Delicious bread and pizza dough is like eating a piece of sponge it’s so fluffy. Will buy this mix again for sure.

Excellent all-round bread mix
Lovely mix for soft and squishy bread. Very simple to use and produces good bread every time. It’s a soft bread rather than crusty and keeps well after baking so you don’t get that awful tough and chewy crust the next day. Slices very well too.

Really good flour
I've ordered it as I had prevous whole flour and I really liked it. Tastes really good. Easy to make. Describtion is a little confusing but I managed to do it my way with great results. Thank you

The best bread mix you can buy!
This is a lovely bread mix. I have used it many times. I find it best to measure out 500g of the mix and add about 330 water for a lovely loaf.
