My family and I bought a few of these for a cruise. I don’t love wearing hats, but I do love laying in the sun. This was wonderful to have. It kept the sun off my face and neck and made reading so easy. It didn’t block the breeze at all. I put it together on the first day, and used the strap as a carrying handle to bring it back and forth to the sun deck. It was a hit. We had people asking us every day where we got them. It works really well, for the most part. If the sun isn’t directly above you, you’ll have to turn your chair, as it doesn’t really support the weight of a towel for additional shade. In the windiest conditions we had, my mom’s collapsed a few times, but not enough to bother taking it down. I probably wouldn’t have room for this in my suitcase if I only traveled with a carry on, seeing as it would take room away from maybe 2 pairs of shoes, but it honestly doesn’t take up that much space broken down. I didn’t bother bringing the inflatable pillow as the lounge chairs on the ship had pillows.

Best product I've ever ever purchased I think since slice bread. While I'm enjoying the 108 degree weatlher at the pool in Las Vegas I'm still able to be on my iPhone or iPad and have shade for my face as not to wrinkle but get a great tan. Every time I break out this baby no matter where I go I always get people coming up to my chair wanting to know where I got this contraption from. Sometime as people walk up I just immediately start off with Amazon, we get a good laugh then proceed to talk story. Not sure why these shades have not be brought to the different resorts to have their logos put on and rented out at the towel bars.

Just received this in the mail and put it together. Looks and feels great, except for the pillow. It's great that it's an inflatable pillow, but the plastic it's made of is a harder type of foldable plastic. Because it's not a softer plastic, ours developed a decent sized hole in it where it was bent while stored in the package. That being said, it's not a huge deal. It's a little plastic pillow, they carry those as little bath tub pillows at your local dollar store. I'll simply replace it with one of those. The design is sturdy, it's easy together and easy apart in seconds but weighs very little. It also goes back in its carry case without a fight. I love the fact that you can throw the material pieces in the washer without any effort. The material itself is very soft. The whole item seems to be very well put together.

The product is very cheap plastic and broke taking out of the package. I believe the plastic package with zipper is too tight. They possibly pack it tight so it wont break, I do not recommend it. Its just cheap plastic and very easily snaps. I could hear it snap when I was trying to get it out of the package. Wish someone would pick up the idea and make a sturdy, trustworthy product. I really did want it. Too bad.

I loved this product at first but it broke within one year of light use. way too expensive for the quality. I will be looking for something else for this summer!

It is a great concept. It’s just a little hard to maneuver when you’re sitting at the beach and getting it to stay in the back of the chair and not easy either. It is really nice if you’re laying on a towel and putting your head on the pillow and using it for shade above your head. That works great the chair thing is a little awkward

I love sunbathing but unfortunately I have melasma so I can't sunbathe my face. It was a pain in the neck every time I wanted to be at the sun trying to avoid my face to get burned. So I found this product and I LOVE it!! It changes my life, now I can sunbathe anywhere I want even when I travel I take it with me. It's very lightweight and I doesn't take to much room in my luggage. I really recommend it and I would definitely purchase it again.

This little gadget has traveled with us to many a beach resort over the last five years and at each one we have people come up and ask where we got it and if they can take a picture of the logo so that they can order one. It is awesome! We don't use the inflatable pillow and we often will use both of the last two segments as a shade with a light shirt thrown over the open part for an even longer shade component. It is easy to attach and folds up nicely for easy light travel. It weighs nothing. It has been resilient and durable. We even use it on our pool float to cover our faces as we float around.

I'm speechless on this product it's amazing. It's eye catching it's just a 100% must for your holiday just enough shade so you can read your kindle or play on your mobile whilst the rest of your body catches the sun. ( I don't like to much sun on my face this saves a lot of squinting and extra wrinkles ) Just got back from Las Vegas stayed in Luxor hotel that wanted 50 dollars per day for an umbrella round the pool. I didn't know this before my purchase so in 1 holiday these have paid for themselves. They are a real eye catcher bought us so much attention I could have sold loads everyone asking where we had them from. They are good value for money. Brilliant to shade yourself not others wanting to stay out in the sun. Wouldn't recommend heavy handed children round them as they are only made out of strong plastic & could easily be broken but brilliant for adult use & children under supervision kids could easily start using as a play thing & it's not a toy just a brilliant product you won't regret purchasing. Fully adjustable & pillow can be inflated to your liking very comfortable. Fitted in my hand luggage. Easily assembled both up & down. Just a very slight improvement for the makers they could do with putting a second extra piece of adjustable elastic strapping on the other end of the pillow to firmly hold in place round your sun bed in case of high wind. This would not put me off purchasing as it is something you could add yourself brilliant gift idea I'm back on here now not just to put this review on here but also buying them for family as gifts. I read all review before purchasing don't be put off by the odd remark about not being made out of strong enough plastic etc. You won't be disappointed everyone wanted them off me I had to learn to share with my sisters on holiday as soon as I got them out my suit case they was wanted my poor hubby never got a min with them Nothing needed for assembling them I took a screw driver on holiday as I didn't have time to read instructions. Not needed though nothing needed easily assembled as they push together up and down in 5 min. Go on brilliant unusual gift idea not just for yourself but for your friends & family they will love you !!!!! Can be used at home or holidays

Quality not quite as expected by us. It was easy to assemble, light weight but the wind can move it toward your face.
