Great product
Andrew Lessman produces quality supplements. My liver enzymes were elevated for 2 consecutive blood draws. I was taking the PC Liver and Brain for about 6 weeks when I went for my next blood test, liver enzymes were perfect.

Good for my brain!
I am not sure what this vitamin does for me but six years ago, I had a big Lupus flareup that landed me in the hospital for 6 weeks. My left side was pretty much paralyzed and I had some neurological issues. While in the hospital bed, I began researching types of vitamins that would help my brain recover and phosphatidyl choline is one of the amino acids essential for your brain. When I got out of the hospital, I ordered a bottle to try. I felt that it helped me recover better... movement and mobility were improved... my brain wasn't as "fuzzy". From that time on, I've never stopped taking this vitamin. Today, I am able to move my left side of the body without difficulty (although it is still a little numb) but nobody knows that I was paralyzed on my left side 7 years ago! I also do yoga 3-5 times a week! In addition to this vitamin, I also take other vitamins made by Andrew Lessman. I have never gotten a stomach upset from his vitamins.
