I got these to make "spare" name tags for work. (spare meaning different joke job titles under my name.) For larger sized name tags, I recommend 2 or more. For really large name tags, like 10 inch wide by 6 inch tall oversized joke name tags, 4 bars work nicely. If you want to quick swap/change normal size name tags as part of joke routines, 2 magnet facing 2 magnet through your shirt so they have really strong hold, and then 2 metal plates on the name tags themselves means they have some attraction to the magnets but not as much as the magnets to themselves, which means you can decently easily quick sleight of hand change your name tags. If you choose to do this, you will need to experiment with the number of magnet bar sets to see exactly how many work best for your routine and name tag size. I have found simple 1x3 inch name tags need only 1 set, but larger than that fall off too easily due to weaker magnetic attraction so need 2. You also need to remember to slide sideways drag off the name tag when doing this trick, not pull straight out. Above all, please remember, be safe and have fun at work.
