Great features in a tiny package
Great product for the money. I purchased the N3450 model, with the 6GB/64GB configuration. Took it out of the box, connected LAN, power, monitor, keyboard & mouse cables and turned it on. Went through the standard Windows 10 setup and was done. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to. Really liked that it was a very clean windows setup - no bloatware at all. Certainly not a PC powerhouse, but fine for basic PC tasks and working online. My only (very minor) issue was that it took a bit of fiddling with the BIOS to configure the PC to automatically boot off of a USB drive, if a bootable USB drive was present. The PC is completely silent, since there is no fan. Would definitely purchase again.

Kept Crashing After Setup
After setting up Windows 10, the system kept crashing due to a memory problem. Was hoping it would work with the price point. Unfortunately, it was unreliable from the start. Had to return.

Be careful when adding an internal drive
If you aren't adding an internal drive, then I think this little computer will be great.I purchased it to install Ubuntu and run MotionEye as an NVR. I wanted to add a solid state internal drive to add capacity for local video storage. The unit could have been designed to make it easier to add the internal drive. I did find help/pictures online, but one of the two fragile wires for the wifi antenna broke. I assumed that wouldn't be covered by warranty and at this point I don't need wifi anyway because I am used the wired ethernet. If I ever need wifi on this, I would just add a USB WIF adapter which would have a better external antenna anyway.There is no reason why it couldn't have been more user friendly to add an internal drive.
