Q: Can i put over rocks without feeling right through it?

Mine is on rocks! Works great. I use mine on a side yard for my dog.

Q: Is this non toxic grass? Most fake grass is non toxic in case of animals accidentally eating a small amount.

Not absolutely positive if non toxic but it works really great for my dog. We only have a deck so the grass is her yard to do her business. It cleans up well and does not have any odors. Hope this helps.

Water PROOF Material is Used. It's VERY Durable & Will Last For Several Years. It's Like The Material That Makes Rubber Mat For Bath TUBS. This 'Grass' Looks VERY REAL. I Use It As Artificial TURF & For Any Such Use.. I'm VERY Happy with This Purchase. It's Not Cheap. But Is Worth Every Penny. I WILL Buy Again.

Yes, I think it would be perfect for your pool. I have five dogs, and with them running on it, chewing at it, and it being under standing rainwater for days, it still looks new.
