Very good straightener. Easy to use

I'm very pleased with this product. This is a much better steamer than a big one I previously had (which was big like a hoover and constantly leaking). It's very compact, excellent for domestic use. As the water container is pretty small, it would last for steaming of ~2-3 avarage garments. It also is perfect to use on curtains. The steamer is comfortable to hold. It takes very little time to heat, and good amount of steam comes out only when pressing the button (so no steam loss in between). I use this steamer instead of iron, or just to refresh the dry-clean-only garments (eg. wool scarf).

I bought this as it was a best seller and had good reviews. Unfortunately, I found it to be poor and nowhere near as good as stated. Firstly, the length of cable was not stated anywhere, I looked at other similar produts and they were all 2.5m, this one is only 1.5m which is far too short. Secondly, the heat up time is false, it is not usable until the light flashes which is about a minute and it is not usable for a few 2-3 minutes as it has to keep reheating. Thirdly, the manual is very poor, there were no clear instructions on how to use and when to use. Beware when using, it's best to use a glove or something as it gets hot. Might be better to get one with a protruding nozzle or something.

Splatters water everywhere the first minute, and i find it too big for travel. Otherwise its very hot and steams well upright

I returned this steamer. This is because it is too chunky to hold and use whilst holding down the steam button. The user instructions aren't in English at all so I couldn't read them. There's no consistency when using it and the water dribbled onto the items I was steaming. The water container is very small so it doesn't last very long, a few minutes at best

It’s easy to use.

Bought this steamer for my wife, as i presumed she does like it, cause she always was struggling ironing curtains or big dresses, this steamer is actually what she really need. Strong and very hot steam comes out of it. It is little bit heavy but it feels comfy in your hand, comes with 2 attachments which i think is for carpets. Not of a big size and it won’t occupy a lot of space in your travel bag so we intend to take it with us on the next holiday. In conclusion i want to say that overall my wife fell in love with it, she really likesk it but i do hope that will last for a long time.

No instruction would have been better than the three lines you’d get with this. Easy to hold but heavy as expected. Steam? What steam?! Wrinkles still present after several different attempts on multiple clothing. Sticking to iron at home & semi-wrinkled cloths when travelling. Not worth the money.
