Love it. Ordered so I could make the Matthew McConaughey viral Tuna Salad and was happy to see that the only ingredients in the jar are flash fried jalapeños and olive oil. O Happy Day!!!!! This stuff goes great on so many things, honestly, anything that one wants to "spice-up" a little. I used it in my Migas a few mornings ago. And, what a great substitute for Asian chili crisp that often has soybean oil and monosodium glutamate, as well as other ingredients that are not my favorite! Don also makes serrano crisp and habanero crisp for that bit of extra heat. Delicious!!!!!!!

This chili oil is absolutely divine! I really love the way it has just the right amount of spicy kick to it. It's not overwhelming, but it definitely adds an exciting flavor. I'm already craving more of this goodness. Definitely a new favorite for me!
