This is the best for that time of the month!
My body goes crazy if I have any caffeine during my period so this "caffeine-free" version of Midol is the only pain-killer/cramp-buster I can handle. It is a life saver! It really works well to help with the bloating, cramping and all the pain and misery that some of us endure.

Works well without caffeine
I have a problem with the caffeine in the midol complete and this medication works just as well without the caffeine!
