Don’t let the video fool you, this little thing is so far the quietest air pump for what I have. The space audio might sound loud, but Im running a sponge filter (with a rigged air stone inside) with a flow valve in my little tank with the water level that isnt too far above the filter tube, so the bubbling sound is deceiving. I like the design and it’s definitely a space saver. I can barely feel any vibration from the pump. I’ve always used a standard aquarium pumps that sit outside the tank, are large or bulky and just take up space. And finding a “quiet” air pump is usually a hit or miss depending on what one’s idea of “quiet” is. This is definitely not for much larger tanks that require more than 1.5watts. This is currently sitting on a rimless 3.5g tank however I also used it for a rimmed 5.5g initially out of necessity and because the tank dimensions were different (and used a different air stone/sponge filter) it was still surprisingly quiet. With all that said, I have only had this for roughly 2 weeks, so time will tell be the ultimate determining factor. BUT I was pleasantly surprised with the noise level when I got it (especially compared to my other pumps for my larger tanks) and the fact that it clips on to the side of the tank and saves space, is a huge bonus. My video DEFINITELY isn’t a good example of my review, but it is quieter than a HOB filter and standard airpumps I’ve used. So for now, I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a small/nano, space-saving quiet, air pump . (And yes, I’m aware of the algae on my plants 😶)

Started making noise and stopped working. Would work again if i squeezed it and carefully put it back. Had to check it everyday until it finally died. Update: I bought a second one and it is very quiet and works great.

This mini air pump was easy to assemble and is overall very quiet, which was a big win for me. It’s the perfect size for my 3-gallon tank, and I specifically purchased it to help raise pH and KH in a Walstad-style setup by pairing it with crushed coral and calcium rocks. So far, it’s been working great and doing exactly what I needed it to do. A couple minor drawbacks: • The tubing takes some patience to straighten out — not a dealbreaker, just a heads-up. • The package includes a small suction cup, which I assume is meant to secure the pump, but there’s no mention of it in the instructions, which was a bit confusing. Overall, a solid little pump that performs well for nano tanks and gentle aeration. Just be prepared for a little trial-and-error with setup details.

This is SO QUIET! You would have no idea you’re in the room with it. I have a 5 gallon tank and this is *almost* too bubbly. Super easy to install and the directions are very clear. I soaked the stone for a little over an hour before using with the pump. The hose is pretty long and plenty of extra for my tank size. The pump is just a smidge larger than my palm and light as a feather - the suction cup has no issue adhering it to the tank and holding it stable (also comes with a tank clip but it was not compatible with my tank style). Even though the pump is small is has a lot of power. I would recommend this.

Love this airstone pump, just bought another, keeps my aquarium clear and sounds great.

I first ordered the black one and loved it. It is extremely quiet, but does produce a weird sound a few times a minute. A few days later I ordered a 2nd one, which is white. The white one doesn’t make the same weird sound, but it is also very quiet and that is a big plus for me. The package contains the air pump, about 5-6 ft of airline, a double side suction cup, a bracket, and an air stone. The bracket doesn’t fit a typical rim tank such as marine land / aqueon, etc but will fit a rim less tank so I use the suction cup. It’s double sided so one cup sucks to the back of the air pump and the other side to the tank. The suction cup is great quality and sticks on very well, and has yet to fall off. The air stone produces bigger bubbles, but I don’t use it as I’m using the pump with a small sponge filter. I wouldn’t consider the bubble stream “strong”, but it’s perfect for my 2.5 gallon fry tank. I would use this pump in a 5 gallon tank at most. It has a steady flow for 1 line, but is extremely weak when using a splitter as it is NOT able to produce enough pressure for 2 tanks, no matter how small the tanks are. Although I would’ve preferred to pay less for this unit, overall it’s a great item and I’m very happy with it. The only thing now is to find out it’s long term durability. It’s been 2 years and the pump continues to work as it should. Very weak air flow for the price, but it is quiet and looks kind of cool.

Great quality small pump. Quiet operation. The included clip allows vibration to run through tank so I just keep on shelf behind tank and zero issues. Vibration would probably not be an issue for most people as it is minor as pump is so quiet.

It worked fine initially but within a month it stopped working, it gives a weird sound when stitched on. Waste of money.

Very old dust one i have received.. And suction cup also missing..
