I’ve been hearing about keto diet for the last year. I was in ketosis and immediately out of it after taking this. It contains rice powder which must have been just enough to kick me out...I contacted the company and they said they would refund...will wait and see...

Not the "magic pill", will not work on its own. I combine this Keto Pills with dieting and some light exercising (2 times/week) , helped me to stay in ketosis, lower cravings and keep my energy level high, I can make it through the whole day and still have energy at the evening. Will continue to use. Good product.
