Great movie that causes you to think about your life today.
This movie was so good. Albert Brooks is always very funny and this movie was good for laughs as well as causing you to ask some pretty important life questions. I will watch this movie again, it was that good.

I liked that the show was funny. It was entertaining with no violence or cursing or nudity.

It’s impossible to hate this movie
We’ve all been asked that annoying question, “what’s your favorite movie?” If you’re like me, you don’t have one single favorite movie. But multiple favorites. When I get asked that question, I ALWAYS mention this movie. It’s funny, touching, and a truly unique plot. But doesn’t try to be anything it’s not with unnecessary character development! Highly reccomend!

Too many laughs
This is one of the greatest movies of all time ive bought this dvd 4 different times but i end up given them away. Its the best idea of what the afterlife could be and funny too and in fact I'm going to go buy it again right now

A romance and a funny view of what it might be like after we die
A deeply entertaining film that speculates on how we might be judged after this lifetime to determine how we start our next lifetime. Two people meet and fall in love in a reality where love is not supposed to happen. Compare with "What Dreams May Come" (1998).

Great movie. Looks a little fussy.
Love this movie that's why I got it. However the video quality is a little fussy. It did not say in the product description that it uses "Matted" Widescreen format, instead of "Anamorphic". Other then the less then ideal video quality it is great.

Be careful. Watch out for Region 1 which is'nt compatible to the British
Well, it was'nt straight forward, so if you do not have any other sources for region 1 don't buy it, and just buy theBritish DVD. We found a program to download and use the DVD with this in our computer. Movie is just wonderful!

Defending your Life
This is one of my all time favourites, it is very funny to me, while offering a lot of spiritual wisdom, I have watched this film many time with many people over the years I have had it. The only thing is when ordering the DVD it does'nt work on my system and they would'nt change it as it is only on region one. But totally reccomend it.

I saw this movie years ago on TV it was called Judgement City and loved it - I haven't tried it in my DVD yet and as it is from the States it may not even work but so glad I have it as I'll get it to work somehow - a really thought provoking movie.

One for the soul
if you have not seen this film... buy it. It maps out why we have to be brave and try everything life has to offer! True it is a bit of Hollywood smulch but truly uplifting. My favourite film of ALL TIME.
