Decent Quality + Low Price = Good Value
The original cartridge heater these replaced had a much heavier gauge wire (less loss in the wires) and thicker insulation (mostly useful for durability as not much electrical insulation is needed at 24V), but the very nice looking original extruder heater died after ten hours, while this replacement is still going strong after a few hundred hours. The Savoy SV-01 3D printer needs a longer wire, but I spliced into the original heater wires with quick disconnects so I won't need to get into the electrical enclosure under the printer if I ever need to replace the extruder heater again.

Great Value, Decent consistency
Don't get too caught up with the variance in resistance with these things. My pack of 5 ranged anywhere between 13 ohms to 15 ohms. With a 24v supply, that equated to anywhere from 38-44 watts. Completely fine by me. As far as the diameter goes, they ranged from 5.88-5.95mm. I use boron nitride paste for conductivity and to fill the gaps, so this extra spacing isn't really a concern for me either.Think of it this way... Even if only 2 of these is useable, it would still be a decent value.

Replacement for the Ceramic Hotend on my Ender 3
The wires on this component are about 8 inches shorter than the stock ones that came with my Ender 3, but still get the job done. If you replace the one in your Ender 3, you can expect for the other wires in the cable bundle to be considerably longer. Simply make the ends of all the wires flush, and push the excess back up into the cable manager before using a twist tie or zip tie. Otherwise, works great!

resistance a bit high
Edit. Earlier rating was based off a faulty multi-meter. upon further investigation I found that the resistance is around 16-17 ohms. Which is still higher than ideal but it is at least usable.~Every single one of the cartridge's I received had a resistance in excess of 19.5 ohms. I expected at least one of the 5 to be usable.~

Good product
Could use thicker gauge wire and some more shielding but other than that they work well

Resistance reads correct, but haven't tested them yet
Need these for a 24V 3D printer build. They arrived in a couple of days and all 5 measured in the proper resistance range of 13.8 to 14.2 ohms. I haven't installed them in the printer yet, but on the bench they heat up pretty quickly and seem to work ok. I'll update this review if things don't work out.

good
Used for 6 month, good replacement for MK 10, Diameter is a bit smaller as we learnt how to fix it with the grub screw from the comments, I actually think they probabely heat the block up faster than the stock heater cartridge did. Then I made a test and found the replacement heats much quicker, power ranges from 40-46W, works around 4 hours.

These have long leads and correct wattage
They appear to be well made, when I measured the resistance they varied from 13.6 to 14.3 olms so they are good for 40 watts. The last batch I bought from another seller measured around 8 olms which calculates to around 72 watts. They did heat up almost instantly and had very short lifespans. These should hold up better.
