Tastes good, but is it better and is it a cookie?
As a low-carb person (keto before keto was cool) I am always on the look out for new baked or candy products that will satisfy my occasional sweet tooth. Having heard good things about Know cookies I decided to give them a try.The first thing you notice when biting into it is.........it's not cookie. More like a dense flat muffin. I believe a baker would say the dough is rather "cakey". It's crumbly and thick, not crunchy or even really chewy. The texture reminds me a great deal of Nutrisystem cookies. But, if you get over the fact that it is not really a cookie, the flavor profile is actually very good....hence the 4 stars. Here is where they have Nutrisystem beat. I have tried the chocolate chip and double chocolate and both had good chocolate flavor, the right amount of sweetness and a good flavor to the dough that did not taste overly processed. I also find many of these "cookies" have so much dietary fiber that they taste like, well, like they have a lot of dietary fiber! Not so with these (almost....but not really). So, are they better? Yes, I do think they are better. Better nutritionally than a "regular" cookie and better tasting than some (many?) keto cookies. They make a nice snack and they are a good size so that when you are done you feel like you ate something. But it's not a cookie :-)

good cookie
I have been following a keto plan for a few months now. These cookies are about what I expected. They aren't dessert type sweet cookies. The texture is dense and cake like, and the flavor is a bit on the bittersweet side- so if youre expecting chips ahoy you'll be sorely disappointed. For those of us not expecting a miracle- they are really good. Feel like I am eating food- not junk.Side note- I do test my blood for ketones and ate one for lunch yesterday and one as a snack after dinner. They did not effect my levels at all.I had the cinnamon one out of the package and I warmed the double chocolate in the microwave and had it with some whipped cream. satisfied me.

Steer clear if you don't like coconut
Started keto dieting and I thought I would give these a try. It was my mistake for not looking at the ingredient list closer, but they just have an overwhelming coconut flavor and texture that I just plain do not like. They're also on the expensive side, but no more so than other sugar-free keto cookie alternatives. The other negative is it has a strange bitter aftertaste. Probably some chemical used in the flavoring, but I can't say for sure. If you like coconut they may be worth a try, but if you're like me these are a no-go. I prefer the quest cookies.

My honest review...
I started on the Keto diet but was seriously missing cookies. When I came across the KNOW cookie I thought it would be a good replacement for me. They are a good size cookie about the size of the palm of your hand and about a 1/2 inch thick. They come individually wrapped so were soft and chewy as described. Now here is where the negative starts... I ordered the box of cinnamon at $19.99. I thought the price was too high but went for it anyway. I believe these cookies should sell for no more than $15.00 for the big package. To me, it lacked in the cinnamon flavor. I also thought it was a little too sweet. It might be better to reduce the sweetener in the recipe and sprinkle a "cinnamon and sugar" sweetener on top to enhance the cinnamon flavor more. I believe the manufacturer should also consider making a crunchy version of their cookies, or at least the top two sellers, for people who like the crunch you get when buying a store-bought packaged cookie.

These make the keto lifestyle easy
These are my favorite flavor of the Know cookies. But chocolate chip and double chocolate are a tie for a VERY close second place.I love the PB Know cookie topped with sugar free chocolate peanut butter as a super fast and easy breakfast, loaded with fats and low in carbs. And the taste? Wow, it's one of the best tasting keto friendly products I've tried.Thank you for making easy to transport and delicious keto friendly products. It's a product I can feel good about my college age son grabbing and taking with him to school for a quick snack or part of a meal that keeps him in ketosis. Since he is on the keto diet as a therapeutic tool to treat seizures, his compliance is of the utmost importance. Know cookies make it simple and tasty to stay on track and not want to cheat!

Meh
I may have been searching for the unicorn of low carb cookies but was not overwhelmed with this. It's dry, it's soft without good chew, the chips taste ok and the chocolate comes through - but ... after the first bite I didn't want a second. So I covered it with cream cheese and sweetener and it was better than nothing. On the good side, these guys fill you up so work well for a grab snack to keep hunger away.

Satisfying, but pricey.
Happy to have found a cookie I can enjoy and they have very little aftertaste. I won't say none, but it's slight and worth it to have a cookie on Keto. But, they've gotten smaller and average $2.50 a cookie. So, I can't enjoy with my cup of tea every evening, but when I just have to have something "sweet", I'm glad to have them. Choc. Chip is better then peanut butter for me. Still haven't tried the double choc. or whatever it is called.

Pricey and Meh....
I like the idea of a keto friendly cookie but these are more cake-like and the flavors were meh. They also gave me indigestion, which I hardly ever get. That said, if you need something for on the go, these cookies are at least convenient, which is why I gave them 3 stars. That is the only reason I would buy one again; if I didn’t have time to whip up my own.
