Light and crispy and sweet

I use to eat these as a kid, and that was over 30 years ago. They are a snack staple in Europe and have been around forever because they’re very good.

Theses cookies are delicious! They are not too sweet and pair well with coffee, coco are anything! Be careful though because they can be addictive :)

These Leibniz butter biscuits are simply perfect—crispy, buttery, and lightly sweet without being overwhelming. They taste great on their own, but I also enjoy them with tea, coffee, or even as a base for simple desserts. The texture is just right: crunchy but not too hard. The biscuits were packaged perfectly and arrived without any of them broken. Cons: They arrived with only two months left before the expiration (best before) date. I just wish the products were a bit fresher.

I got hooked on these cookies when I lived in Germany many years ago. I used to be able to find them at a local store, but not anymore. So, randomly, I’ll order a pack of these. They are buttery but not really that sweet. And they’re made with real sugar and not corn syrup, which is a definite plus.
