These came in, and I realized that I actually needed the smalls (as the earbud tips that are standard are already medium). I contacted the supplier and they shipped me out smalls the same day and asked that I return the ones they sent. Great customer service. The smaller tips actually make the headphones much more pleasant as they fit in my ears better.

won't stay in our ears
The buds are okay, but the headset won't stay in my ear. I've tried all three sizes and I can't keep it in my ears. I'm able to use bose ear buds with no problem. Do not buy the blue tooth headset. I also bought one for my wife and gave up on them too.
