VERY VERY BRIGHT
Do NOT look straight into this light, it hurts. Top quality rubber mounting strap. The light clips in and the angle can be adjusted . The male clip on the light could also be used to clip onto bag, jacket, belt etc. I'm impressed.

I have a niterider front light and love it, this rear once is also fabulous. I did have to buy some extra attachments to connect it securely to the seat, I have an eMTB with dropper post, but I'm happy 🙂

Too good!
This light is perfect apart from being too bright. I actually end up getting beeped because it dazzles drivers behind me. They can't not see me now though which is always a bonus!

Niterider - turbo boost Michael...
Perfect rear light. Compact, easy to fit and remove from the strap for recharging. The brightness is a real booby dazzler with several functions plus warning for battery life (Power off mode shows red for recharge and blue fully charged). No need to look eleswhere as this does the job.

Poor battery, unreliable
The battery is poor and fails to hold a charge. The light cuts out- when turned back on it is still bright, but cuts out again so is unreliable. The clip is flimsy plastic

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a very bright tail light with four modes. The brightest mode is visible in daylight and I use it for busy roads. Most often I use the less bright flashing mode which is still highly visible in daylight. I get 2-3 hours of riding time before recharge. The unit has a nifty blue led that flashes on power down if the charge is still ok and shows continuously when charging is complete. Battery is not user replaceable but has a 1 year warranty. (After warranty period it might be possible to DIY a swap, if you have soldering skills.) The clip has a forever warranty - just be sure you install properly and push the unit all the way down after unclipping to recharge. The best thing about this light is that NightRider Customer Service is excellent - very responsive and helpful. I’m on my third Solas 250 and use it for daily commute.
