I like everything about this set in every way: Even at the full outlet pressure, it remains adequate, yet gentle pressure in three different spray patterns and head shapes. Very quick, thorough, results and contained, easy, rinse down, clean up. (Great for busy days and/or impromptu backdoor fun)! Polished chrome "Glass Smooth" surface 360 degrees (Except outside threads obviously) Three different shaped heads (Penis head type, "Round Bead" type, and Bulbous "Round Bead" type). Holes are chamfered on the three different shaped heads (prevents cheese grater effect inside). Standardized bathroom plumbing (U.S.A.) I like this product - it's metal, cleans easily and as a convenience has several sets of nozzles depending on what you like. I use this with my handheld shower attachment - just unscrew the handheld and screw this into place - it should fit most standard thread adaptors. I experimented with the nozzles and some are more 'direct' with a strong flow. I liked the one with more holes to spray the water with less force. The tube may feel a bit large at first but just use some soap to lubricate your opening. Obiviously, for men this is an anal cleansing device for anal douching that typically would be inserted into the rectum to clean out matter, or it could be used for sore hemorrhoids with the water directed externally. For women, they are probably used to this already for douching. Cheers.

Works great but you will want to replace it annually becauseetal coating wont last forever and sheds.

I received a refund for this but wanted to warn others. The inside of the nozzle is poorly finished: rough machining marks and sharp metal burrs inside the bore and around the spray holes that catch on a cotton swab. There are also burrs left on and around the screw threads. You’d need shop tools and time to make this even remotely safe, and no one buying a shower nozzle is signing up to rework a shop-class C+ project. I would not use this on my body in the condition it arrived.

It works for it's intended purpose. Screws on to my spray hose for the shower. However, the inside of the tube seems to have very poor coating, and after one use I noticed after taking it out again, there seems to be white calcium deposits or something forming in spots on the inside of the tube. It could be my water but I feel like if the inside coating was better it wouldn't happen. If you need something quick and cheap it'll do, but I don't think it'll last forever.

Not sure why so many people have a negative review. No sharp edges. Very comfortable. No chrome peeling. Have been using for over a year. Can not say enough, well worth the purchase.
