Practice of Honor: Putting Into Daily Life the Culture of Honor Paperback – June 1, 2012

I cannot express how deeply touched I have been by this book.....It has put flesh on the bones of my beliefs! It have changed the way I deal with life situations with my kids and husband. I want all of us to be accountable and responsible for our part that we all play in building a strong family relationships. I constantly use the 'paint tin' example and focus on keeping my love on, even when others around me are making a complete mess, pouring out their uncontrolled emotions all over me. I imagine i am holing a tin of paint, I can feel myself prying off the lid and getting ready to dump the whole tin over them, then I think about the mess I will need to clean up; apologies ect. I am making decisions to leave the paint tin closed more often than not!! Since reading this book, I have bought and read 'Loving Our Kids on Purpose.' AWESOME!!

This is a great book. Easy to read and to understand. So thankful to have this placed in my hands for such a time as this.

Thank you, Danny for giving us clear direction as to where the Church is heading! We know that things are changing, and thank God for it, but it isn't always easy to find the right way to go. Danny Silk does an excellent job of teaching us how to see all people as God's creation and in portraying Father God as a loving God and true Father, rather than one who is out to get us at every turn. Father God never meant for us to be so immersed in our consequences that we could never rise above and become all that He created us to be.

Love this. I have read the book Culture of honor so I had to have this too. It is an amazing way to look at how to treat people and how you want to be treated. When I first read the book I said I want this. I want this culture in my environment and i have been working towards it ever since. I have had people tell me how much I have changed and they want what I have they want to be more like me. Its some awesome stuff. My family, friends and work relationships are all better for it. love it love it love it!!!!

Amazing workbook! Culture of Honor is a book that can change the world if we put it in to practice. That is exactly what The Practice of Honor is doing, helping us apply these life changing revelations to our every day lives!

I'm almost done leading a small group (cell group, home group) on Culture of Honor, and have found this book to be incredibly helpful! I wish I would have bought a hard copy, but this was amazing and exactly what I needed to successfully introduce others to a mentality of love and freedom.

Honour is the way forward. Thanks for this insight.
