A YouTuber my great challenge review this knife and it got me thinking about the condition of the knives in my kitchen. I realized that I had avoided chopping up my own vegetables and was buying pre chop things because it was such a hassle to chop. So on the recommendation of Sophie from that YouTube channel I tried this knife. It is night and day compared to the old one I had before it's very balanced and comfortable to use. And I no longer by pre-chopped ingredients because it's a breeze to chop my own. I will never again buy cheap and expensive knives it is worth the price to get something of high quality. I bought some paring knives from a different company as well because I realized that all of the knives in my kitchen work were bad. I wanted to buy knives from another company at the recommendation of a family member. But I do not hesitate to recommend this chef knife to anyone.

It cuts very well. You must be extremely careful with the handle because you can slip.

Bought this as a gift, (but of course I had to take it out of the fancy magnetic gift box first) Maaan this thing feels nice. Weighted handle, well constructed, nice shape, sharp as heck with a great price tag. I see grocery store knives going for more than this! I'll be buying one for myself without a doubt.

After much consideration and many tries, I am not satisfied with this product for 3 reasons: 1) the size is too big (horrible for cooking and storing - the storage box is huge and takes up a lot of space in my kitchen) 2) the knife does not feel sturdy enough and 3) it's not easy to cut (doesn't do its basic function).

It's coming in a nice paper package along 2 corner protections. I like to keep those protections when I store it in the drawer for protection the sharpness. Decent weight, the handle is well made, feel anti skidding. I used it for conch, which slices it into very thin pieces. I also tried with tuna, it keeps the fish's prefect cubes edges without breaks even the corners. Price is very competitive. Most like will buy one as gift for my friend's new home.

The very sharp knife. Comfortable to hold, and very lightweight. It is the perfect size for easy cutting. Excellent knife for the price.
