It's Nordic Wear. It's made in the US. It fits our Instant Vortex perfectly.Anything else? OK, we always hand wash things like things, but I'm sure it would be fine in the warewasher. No nasty non-stick coating to worry about so bust out the spray or parchment. Nordic Ware makes a number of pans in this size including muffin, cake, and the one I want next, the 2-piece broiler pan.

I could not be more pleased! Baking pans are of excellent quality. Easily cleaned. They absolutely do not bend when baking. I highly recommend them to anyone who bakes.

Very good quality

This is an excellent size for countertop convection ovens and similar products, but I expected a better product from an established company like Nordic Ware. The edges could have been rounded better. The biggest issue is that the actual depressions are not machined smoothly enough. Unless paper liners are used or the interiors fairly heavily buttered or greased, there is a good chance that batter or dough will stick. Nordic Ware can do better for the price.

I thought the fist look and feels cheap item, however, I baked muffin with this muffin pan, it won't warp, baked very evenly, and easy to clean! I love this item! I did good shopping and can use this for long long time.

I had one Nordic Wear pan and needed another one to make two layers. My friend loaned me hers, which is an expensive brand. The cake in her pan baked up better. This pan works for me, but if Ie er need another one, I will get my friend’s brand.

very sturdy

I love to bake every weekend, but I don't need to eat a whole pie every weekend. These little pie pans are exactly what I needed. A mini pie is enough for myself and my spouse to have a Saturday treat without gorging ourselves. Just perfect.
