ClairolNatural Instincts Hair Color Creme 37, Espresso Creme, Black 1 Kit

This brand of hair coloring from Clairol is the only one that I use. It's my holy grail of hair coloring. It is not damaging to your hair since its not permanent.My hair LOVES this product since it gives it lots of shine and a healthy bounce as well as a rich color that last. I also get a lot of complements when my hair is freshly colored. I had to start buying it from Amazon because they no longer sell this color in stores.

Made my pitch black! Wish it last longer but then again I had my hair wet like the origonly formula had it

Made my natural 4c hair break off and shed a lot more than usual. It says natural but something in the product just didn't agree with my hair at all.

I love this stuff! I have naturally dark hair and I just wanted to try something different. The nice part was that it really does wash out! It's been several week since dyeing, and my hair still looks fairly dark (though more brown than black, of course). I would and probably will buy this again, because of how excellent it looked. My hair also feels softer.

Did not cover my gray at all.

My wife likes it but I think she's poisoning herself. Do yourself a favor and allow yourself to age gracefully and accept the white hairs as a sign of distinction. Once you start dying your hair, you can't stop until you're 60.

I have black hair, I've semi-permanent colored it all shades of brown for years. I wanted a change. This was on sale, so bought one. I have not gotten any compliments on it but it really covered all my white hair (basic reason why I color anyways). After 2 shampoos, I noticed that my former white hair have a greyblue dark hue, and my black hair is black, haha, which I like, cuz I now have different shades of black/blue instead of just 1 flat pitch black hair like many old folks have. When you are outdoors, in the sun, hair will appear to have more blue tint. Overall, a good chance for fun. Others might not like it, but I do.

Works as expected. It does start to wash off earlier (around 15 shampoos) you can see some color peaking through. I don't know if I'd buy it again - because I want something permanent - but I would totally recommend this to people who are wanting something temporary.
