Other customers should know the D3 is a very important vitamin and I make sure that I have it all the time I had problems with my kidneys years ago like about 3 years ago and I started drinking a lot of water like at least four bottles of water a day and also taking that D3 and my kidneys are in good shape now The doctor says excellent I'm just very happy with D3 cuz I think it did a lot for the healing of my kidneys.
