One of the best out there
This was easy to put together. Most of it is already together. All I had to do was install the wheels then screw on the top. That’s it. Very sturdy. Having wheels is a big plus as it is so easy to move it around. I bought a bigger one so my dog had room to move around. I would definitely recommend this crate.

Quality Crate/ Kennel
Easy to put together and super sturdy. Not only did my shepherd not break out, he must like it because his blanket remained in one piece. Spent a few dollars more than others like for the floor design. It’s strong and bars are thick and close together. Love the lock system. Nice crate!!

Works as advertised
Very solid and easy to put together. I felt it was a bit more expensive than others that appeared similar but I needed it quickly and it was available. Interestingly, a 6 pound cat got through the bars but that is not the fault of the seller. The product is outstanding and I would consider buying again.

6 yrs later still working great
Have had this crate for 6 years. My 60lb dog previously bent up and could escape a regular wire crate. She also figured out how to move them across the room. This is sturdy and heavy enough that even on wheels she can't do that anymore. I've moved it to a new house and have had no problems with the crate.

Nice, solid cage
I recently adopted a 7 month old Texas Heeler mix that had managed to escape from and damage my conventional wire crate. This crate has been solid, and it keeps him safe and out of trouble when I am out of the house. The latch mechanisms are my only issue with this crate. It is easy to back the thumb screws out too far, and they will fall on the floor. Otherwise, this has been a great choice.

The perfect STURDY kennel
We have the worst dogs who have chewed through MANY kennels. This is perfect. We put our two dogs in here together - a pitbull and a medium mutt. It's help up so well, there is no way they're breaking out or breaking the latches. Good size even with a bed

Shoddy Construction at this Price Point! Cage unusable as delivered!
When I was a boy, we attended the local city fair. During the 80's Pac-Man was at the height of his popularity, and my young child self loved the little munchy mouthed man as only a child could. I had a Pac-Man lunch tray, lunch box, sleeping bag, stuffed puppet, board game, popsicles, and more! You can imagine the elation I felt when at that fair I managed to win a game of skill and obtain a Pac-Man mylar helium balloon. He bobbed up and down on my wrist as I munched on popcorn and made myself delirious with cotton candy. He infuriated my father in the truck on the way back home, bouncing jauntily off the ceiling of the pick-up, while I make "wacka-wacka-wacka" sound effects. I could hardly wait to watch as he spent time tied off to my bedframe, gradually deflating over the next several weeks until he would be long-forgotten, kicked under the bed to lie dormant with the dust bunnies. However, he never made it into the house. My mother, whom I trusted as all young boys do, offered to take Pac-Man from the truck into our home. I didn't want her to, but she insisted. I followed dad to the door, only to hear him say, "Oops! There goes your Pac-Man..." I watched as the ribbon that was tied to Pac-Man fluttered off above the tree line as he disappeared into the encroaching storm clouds of the sky and of my heart. I was crushed... This is almost how I felt about this cage....When you drop your hard-earned cash for quality merchandise, you expect a certain level of competence and satisfaction. When that expectation is not met, disappointment is bound to set in. As you can see from the photographs, this cage is non-functional as delivered. I'm not sure if the QC guy/girl was off that day, had one too many the night before, or just didn't care. At any rate, in the words of our youth, "One of these sides is not like the other side..." The sides are hinged at the bottom to allow the cage to collapse for folding, storage, and packaging. However, the way this was accomplished was by welding one side of the bottom of the cage with one row of square tubing, and the other side with two. Now, this makes for a very compact fold. However, when you only use one on one side, and two on the other, you will end up with one side that is one square tube too short at the top, leaving, you guessed it, one extra tube width space on the other side. However, in the mind of the engineer, apparently, the two sides were supposed to be equal in height as they only included one length of bolt to attached the frame to the roof of the cage. You can see in the photographs that one side simply cannot be bolted closed, thus leaving one side of a heavy gauge kennel engaged in constant ramp mode, or, should it swing the other way, as a pooch-squisher. As is, the kennel is useless for anything other than my 9yr old pretending to be one of the great apes who escapes from the lab of the evil scientist who foolishly forgot to build his cage to spec. Yes, I could repair it by going to the hardware store and purchasing longer bolts for the mismatched side, but when you spend this amount of money for a kennel, you expect that the manufacture would at least have bothered to check to make sure that the swinging sides were equal, or at least sheepishly throw in a couple of bolts that were the standard length plus one square tubing height longer. At least then I could have imagined that some manufacturing team was trying to save face and not have an entire cage returned to them.Like Pac-Man, this cage will return to parts unknown to me, and I can only hope that the next one delivered will have two equal sides and present a safe place for our soon-expected furry friend to call "home." Pac-Man, I'm counting on you to bring me a functional kennel!
