Ball Smooth-Sided Mason Jar with Lid and Band, Regular Mouth, 32 Ounces, 12 Count

Packaged perfectly. Nothing was broken. But received the wrong jars. Ordered what was advertised as regular mouth jars and received wide mouth jars which cannot use.

This is the FOURTH jar out of 12 that has broken like this. Called BALL about it and they were "meh" about it. Extremely disappointed. I figured it was a defect of the batch because I've NEVER had this happen before.

Ordered these on the 3rd asked where they were on the 10th ups returned them to b&g because were broke now I'm going back and forth with them trying to get a refund
