SC Lifestyle Premium Firewood Log Carrier- Wood Tote (Navy Blue)

My husband was thrilled with this log carrier. It helps him carry in a full load of wood without straining his arms, having wood piled against his chest, and wood chips and leaves stuck to his clothes. The carrier is sturdy and the handles are sewn on in a convenient way which allows the carrier to stand up with the sides remaining erect so that it is easy to pile the wood into the carrier without it collapsing and having to be re-structured in order to fill it up. It appears to be sturdily made and I expect to receive years of use from it.Add on to this previous review. Another five stars for an alternative use. I was looking for something to carry our large fairy village collection back and forth from inside to outside. My granddaughters and I like to rebuild our village regularly and store all our pieces inside. Was brainstorming on a transport method light enough that my 8-yr old grandaughter could manage, when my eyes fell on my log carrier. Voila' with a few creative cuts of sturdy cardboard to line the bottom of the bag, we have two perfect bags to carry all our stuff back and forth. I carry the one with all our houses and larger items and she carries the lighter one with all the fairies and accessories. Perfect!!!!! Works like a charm. When not playing with the village inside, we store the pieces right in the bags. Slides onto a closet shelf side by side for out of the way storage. Perfect!

Sturdy and well designed, the chips and bark flakes from your logs stay in the container and don't slide out the end, so you can take it outside and shake out the sawdust when getting the next round of logs. Waterproof, when I bring in wood with snow on it the melt water doesn't soak through on the carpet. Handles are sturdy and allow a lot of wood to be carried in at once. I think if it was any bigger the load would be too heavy to carry, this is the perfect size and fits the 16''-18'' logs I use in my wood stove. It's the best log carrier I've ever owned and I've been heating with wood since 1979.

This is a great, affordable way to bring in wood without the mess. The fabric isn't as nice as maybe you'd hope for (sort of cheap back-packy feel) but it has been very sturdy and stays up while you are putting wood in it. All in all, no complaints. We use it every day, usually twice a day, to bring in about 6 or 7 18"-24" logs for the fireplace. It could hold more but that's about all I can carry.Actually, I take it back, Jeremy Renner is the most gorgeous. But, you always feel like you could probably really count on him, too, you know? Mr. Renner, if you are reading this, I would like to be best friends.

We received our new wood carrier and tote in excellent condition, and on time. We are very heavy users of our wood stove, so we give it quite a workout. I love the way it sits upright with the top flaps folded out, so loading it is simple with nothing getting in your way. I like the fact that it has sides on it as well, as nothing falls out and there is no dirt or wood chips on my floor from bringing it about 40 feet in from the door to the wood burning stove. The handles are wide and sturdy and does not cut the circulation off when I have a heavy load, as did my old one. I like the way you can cover your load, with the flaps, in case it's raining. This bag carries large pieces of wood with no problem. So far, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this to a friend for purchase.

I had been using a copper boiler with handles on the small ends to bring wood inside from my garage, but balancing was an issue and caused my door jams to get nicked. Not cool. So the hunt for a wood-carrying bag began.I wanted:enclosed ends, so bits and pieces wouldn't leave a trail on my floors;smart, durable handles;rugged overall construction;a bag sturdy and rigid enough to hold its shape to some degree, and not collapse on itself;a non-flashy color; anda size commensurate with the load I could manage.This bag met all of my requirements.It holds 6 pieces of wood: 2 large, 2 medium, and 2 small, comfortably. (The bag could fit more, but then it'd be a struggle for me to carry the additional weight.)The liner is more heavy duty and substantial than the log carrier I examined in my local home improvement store, too.I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

I've been heating with wood for about 40 years and this is THE best log carrier I've ever found. I just bought my third, and will try to pick up a 4th while they're still readily available.Many years of wood baskets, wood hoops and cradle-carriers left us with the usual mess of twigs, splinters, bark and sawdust pretty much scattered all over the "wood-to-woodstove route" but this fully enclosed carrier eliminates all of that particular mess. I keep one within reach inside near the stove and two (soon to be three) loaded and ready to go just outside the door. I switch them as needed and bring in a couple in the evening so as to have good supply of wood available.Really nice materials, rugged construction and perfectly sized to hold "enough wood but not too much of a load" means that my wife also finds the loaded carrier manageable and especially easy to fill. Shes very happy to have almost no mess either. Nice product: best I've found.No freebies here: I've paid the regular price for all of the carriers and feel they are a great value.Try one!

This is a great log carrier for the money. It is sturdy and I like that it has sides that helps to prevent the wood from sliding out. It is sufficiently sturdy and overall a very good product.

Five years and countless loads of wood later, this thing is still going strong. For the price I didn’t expect it to be so sturdy. At first I wanted it to be slightly bigger but I quickly realized wood is quite heavy and you really can’t carry more than fits in here unless it’s super super dry oak. Very happy with this purchase and expect it to last another five years at least.
