These three items are working fine. It is in the subsequent order for 16 ...
i had purchased this item through two different orders. Initially 3 nos, which appeared to be the same product as in the site pictures, with the manufacturers name etc. These three items are working fine.It is in the subsequent order for 16 items that i got cheated. Apparently, they have supplied some locally fabricated item. There is no name of the manufacturer any where, and the voltage is handwritten as 24 V on the coil. Out of 16, 7 are defective. 5 work erratically, sometimes taking a long time to shut off. two of the items are totally unacceptable, with cracked bodies, painted over. They leak all over, once connected. I had been trying to get the phone/mail contacts of the manufacturer./supplier from amazon, but to no avail.IU had planned to use these items in a project, but has suffered a huge setback. Amazon should take some responsibility for product quality. It seems, there is no quality control at all.

The solenoid says 220v instead of 24v
When I saw this solenoid valve in amazon, it said 24 v, but the one I received mentioned 220v.Seeing this 220v, my plumber connected AC supply and ran for few minutes for testing.When I saw, I immediately connected DC supply, but now when I turn it on, I hear a click sound from inside.
