Jefferies Socks Little Girls' School Uniform Crew Sock (Pack of 6)

The order interface doesn't offer sizes on size chart, and sizes on the order interface describe the actual sock size incorrectly. I ordered size "9-11 yrs", which isn't on the size chart and doesn't correlate with anything on the size chart. But my kids are that age, so I went with that. The socks I received are actually marked "Large" and "Shoe size 6-9", which is vastly larger than the largest shoe size worn by any 9-11 yr old I know, and more to the point, doesn't correlate with the size chart. Upon reviewing the size chart and the pull down menu on the order screen, how to get the right sock size is a complete mystery. Seems like a nice sock, though. Unclear if I should return them or weight five or six years until my kids grow into them.

I have been buying Jefferies socks for a couple of years. Ironically they are by far my favourite socks ever for my son. I simply can't get cuter or better socks that stay up, are super comfy and don't fall apart after a few washes. So I didn't think twice about buying these as I assumed they'd be equally good and possess all the same qualities mentioned above. These are awful socks. They are so thick and rough they may as well be snow socks except they are too short. In addition, the dimensions are odd, the foot part is overly wide; it seems inconceivable that a child's foot could be that fat. On top of that the seams are bulky and uncomfortable, added to the excessively wide footed design, I can't see it being comfortable at all, and you'd have to buy at least half a size bigger shoe. I gave them away to charity without even having my son put them on.

Sizing is inconsistent. I bought the same sock, same size in black and white and the white is way bigger than the black.

these are the best socks I found for my kid at school, they wont shrink, they are thick enough to last but yet fresh, they wont loose color (the grey ones) and they do not turn yellow (the white ones).

Fit was fine (I ordered up) but they are not soft and the toe seam is large - they bothered my daughter and she won't wear them.

These socks are perfect for school. They stay put and last all year long.

Good value, great quality, now we will see how they hold up under the punishment my granddaughter inflicts on them.
