excellent product if you prep the surface properly first
folkart makes great paints. as with any paints, they always work better when you prep the surface, hence the 4-star for "easy to use." prepping takes a bit of work, but is well worth it. white paint required several coats for uniform look. felt and looked amazing after a once-over w some fine-grit sandpaper. only one coat needed for the black paint. did not sand after application. absolutely loved it ! both cleaned up nicely w a razor blade for perfectly straight edges.

Versatile
Very versatile product. Purchased to use with mica powder and to seal small painted items. Mixes well with mica powder to create your own paint. Best Buy I've made this year! Highly recommend!!

Easy to use
Takes at least two coats, but project turns out well. Color is very pretty and is a true mustard yellow.

Worked well
My son bought a mug for his partner and wanted to decorate it so I found this paint for him. It worked very well, instructions are easy to follow, and the paint lasts. Expensive but there's a lot of it.

My wife uses Folk Art Enamel Glass & Ceramic Paint for her crafts and is very satisfied with this product.

Thick Paint
White requires multiple passes to better coverage. Also subjective to brush strokes. Would be better if it just flowed and self-levelled.
