Everything sticks on the pan. It has no non-stick features

I ordered twice, once non round variant delivered by cloudtail & now the round one from some online store fulfilled by Amazon, on both occasions, got a defective handle, feeling frustrated as all I wanted was a nice brand new pan☹️☹️So finally got a brand new pan with sturdy handle on third attempt, the pan is good, not sure why others are complaining about food sticking as it's clearly not a non stick & we need to put little oil or water

I have been an ardent user and a fan of non-stick for years. However, when I recently discovered how harmful non-stick coating/Teflon is for one's body, I started researching for alternate cooking material. Thank God for Hawkins, who never fail to satisfy their customers.Regarding the Anodised frying pan, I SIMPLY LOVE IT!!! Yes, food does stick on to it, if there is no oil. But, I did find a small trick that works as a miracle. Rub the pan with a stick of butter or a spoon or two of oil and then it is good to use. I use it exclusively to cook vegetables and make egg dishes.Extremely durable, retains heat well, and simply perfect for a family of 2 or 3 members.Oh yes, I almost forgot, you can use a metal spatula without any concerns!
