Good value for money and good quality

I'd been looking for moulds for making cheese and came across these. I was unsure as they cost a lot less than most others taking P&P into account. I was really pleased I bought them. These are the first cheese moulds I have purchased. Up until now I've made cheeses that did not need moulds - mozarella, haloumi, etc. This time I made ricotta and the mould makes a difference - so totally recommended (although I'm still learning and have not yet used most of the 5 moulds included). The ricotta one however works a treat.

Good choice of sizes and shapes, with different perforation patterns. Material is flexible enough, so that I dont estimate will crack any time soon. Very handy - I use it for filtering live kefir cultures, soaking and sprouting seeds, inlaid with linen for straining yoghurt, etc.

I have recently changed to a plant-based diet and started making my own non-dairy cheeses. These baskets come in a good selection of shapes and are perfect for a uniform looking cheese. They appear to be durable and I would definitely buy again if I increase my usage.

The cheese mould set arrived quickly in a fancy “artisan “ style box. However, I was a bit disappointed when I opened it. Yes item was as described as in sizes, shapes, but the quality seems cheap and you can’t clean in the dishwasher. Also on the box it suggests they are for use in conjunction with their “how to make soft cheese” book. When In fact they are probably suitable with any soft cheese recipe. I haven’t used these yet and hopefully they will be going strong for a long time yet.

petit pack sympathique. je viens de faire mes 2 premiers fromages grace à ce pack. reste à savoir combien de temps ils tiendront sur la longueur. je n'ai pas l'impression d'une qualité exceptionnelle... je rappelle qu'ils faut taper les moules pour inverser le sens des fromages! pour le reste, c'est conforme à la description.

Not sure what I was expecting to receive when I ordered this set but I am pretty much impressed. It has all the right sizes I think to make the kind of cheeses which I want to invest my time in. Ricotta and Ricotta Salata......not sure what I will do after that but I have what I need to get started with this pack.
