Locked failed
Lock failed to work after code was changed. Happen on two different safes

Defective safes. They do not lock.
The media could not be loaded. Ā The safes look nice however the insides are horrendous. Quality control is nonexistent. The one I received does not even lock. All the guide says about this is to replace the batteries, but after three different sets of brand-new batteries it still does not lock. Also this is a brand new safe but the electronic locking unit looks very scratched up like they are using refurbished securam panelsā¦

Works for me.
Picked one up at Murdochs for $300 less than Amazon. Everything works well. Locks fine. Did not want to spend $1,000 plus so went with this one. Pleased so far. I only need 1 hour fire rating.
