Q: How do you sharpen these?

They never need sharpening; the cutting edge is serrated and we have one set that is about 4 or 5 years old and a second set about 9 months old, they are now mixed together and all are incredibly sharp . Keep well away from your fingers or hands to avoids cuts.

Q: 30 cm? Surely they are not a foot long ?

They are 22cms or 8.5 inches long. Buy them you will not regret but take care as extremely sharp

Q: Can these be used for cutting cheese?

You can cut ANYTHING with them (including your fingers). However if you are looking for the oval shape "knife" you cut parmesan (and similar) cheese, that is not it.

Q: Are these original Victorinox?

Yes they are. Great value for money too. I will definitely order more in the future 😊
