My dogs see me reach for this and they both come and sit right in front of me. i noticed my clothes having less hair on them. the removable comb, i like that feature. the weight on it is the guide for how much pressure to apply. it easy to use. easy to put together. worth the money. it doesnt feel cheaply made. perfect size! i kept the plastic cover over the comb when i dont use it so when i go digging in my grooming bin its safe to do so.

This thing is incredible! Since I brush my dog frequently with a regular brush, I didn't think this would get all that much more fur off of him. But after just one swipe down his back, I got a large amount of fur, and by the time I did all of him, I had a huge stack of fur that came off. My dog is a Cattle Dog, and has an undercoat, so apparently this is exactly what I needed to get all that excess fur off of him. Also, my dog LOVED being brushed with this; he was drifting off by the time I finished. He gave it the side-eye at first, and I thought there might be trouble, but it must have felt soothing to him because as soon as I started, he immediately laid down and grinned at me. Plus, the price is right; it's cheaper than many of the other similar products, yet it seems sturdy, ergonomic and easy to use.

Bought this for my cat who sheds a lot of hair and her regular comb didn't really get any of the shedding out. Used it for the first time today and it does a good job getting the loose hairs off of her body. I try not to comb her so hard because this can be a little sharp and I don't want her to get uncomfortable so I'd say go lightly when combing your animals. If I had to pick something I don't like it's how sharp it seems to be but so far so good so hopefully I continue to have no issues with this comb and it continues to get all the loose hairs off of her. I also like that the company has a money back guarantee for the life of the comb!

We were looking for a really good dog shedder as my dog has so much dander buildup in his coat. This shedder does exactly what we wanted it to do and the description was perfect. It is so easy to use, and my dog loves it. Hardly makes any kind of noise and turns his coat to pure softness. There is no perfect speed to how to use it but it does its job correctly. I would recommend to anyone.

This works great! I have a medium-long haired cat that has very soft, fine hair. My cat loves being brushed with this and it pulls out so much hair! I was unsure about it at first, it didn't seem to be doing much and was getting caught on knots in her longer hair. But once I switched up techniques, using short strokes, rather than body length strokes, it works beautifully and doesn't get caught in her hair. It almost feels rough still, but my cat loves it and purrs through the whole thing, so I'm calling it a win.

Compared to a few other larger name brand pet brushes I've tried recently, this one is very nice: the handle separates and re-attaches to the comb part very easily, and honestly I think this grooming comb is easier on some smaller framed animals that are a bit more in shape than chunkier pets. It's a wider comb part, and can be as easily handled as a person's grooming comb if you take it off the handle. Makes it easier to get a pet's legs, tail, around the ears and face, and tummy that way.

As much as I was hoping to love this product as a household with multiple heavy shedders, it fell short. It does get the loose hair so for that I’ll give 3 stars, but with the design of the teeth in the comb (deep grooves), it quickly fills up with hair within one or two short passes. Then you have to stop and pull the hair out of the comb (no release button), which is a pain and time consuming. Especially with multiple pets all getting their turn. I bought this as a cheaper alternative to another tool that has shorter grooves in the comb and worked beautifully to bring undercoat to the surface but didn’t “hold” the hair in the comb and you could quickly swipe the hair off of your pet without stopping the combing action. I will go back to the other option and keep this as a backup if needed.

Works well, good size, packaging was a bit off but, product works as it should. I have a Siberian and two moggy’s and it’s a good size for all of them.
