If you an intermediate then you will find this very good at this price range that too along with decent quality bench.

Good Value for money
Product is good if you have a low budget.However only if you buying this for your own use it will hold fine.Bench is good , however the cover looks kind of cheap. But you can always use a towel above it and make it look nice.Dumbells are also nice does provide a good grip.Rods are quite thin. But still is iron of course so you can put weights upto 10kg on each side easily.All other accessories given in the box is useless.I ve rated 3 stars because of the courier service the seller provided.FedEx gave me worst product handling ever.It came into my city on 12 and scheduled delivery date was 13. But they didn't attempted to deliver.I called customer care 20 times and so pathetic customer support.ANyways finally I got my product today on 16 evening..Well, If you ask me its good value for money.Seller is good.Just make sure to ask him not to ship via FedEx if you don't need it urgently.

I m totally satisfied with the purchase...The weights are good and iron rods are pretty much durable and strong.Glove is of worst quality and skipping rope too.The only thing that disappoints me is that the bench is little bit mis manufactured which slightly shake while doing exercises.All in all the product is good. You can go for it without a doubt.

waste of money.., Go to any Fitness shop and grab the perfect one..
Dumbbell rod has not proper weight..One is heavy and other one is too Light WeightPates are also not fit properly in any rod and clippers are also brokenPlates are also damaged andwrist belts and hand grippers not providedThe quality of Bench is awesome..

The weight rods are very thin
The build quality of the weight plates are good but the main weight rod the longest one is very thin . 2 guys can easily bend the rod
