Wish I would have purchased this book earlier as an adult educator.

This book adequately explains the methodology, practices and habits that effective organizations and leaders use to motivate work place learning. In today's economy, continuous learning is the new norm. We need systems and routines to help guide adult learners to grow awareness and understanding of changing technology and business processes.This book can help the Chief Learning Officer or anyone responsible for team building to improve their own skills.It's worth a download.
