UPDATE 8/26/19---THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE STORE ITSELF IS AMAZING!!! They reached out to me after reading my review and WOW did they go above and beyond my expectations! Good customer service is still alive!! And I will reiterate that the flip flops ARE fantastic!! I will deal with this seller again, even if it means outside of Amazon!!! Amazon still has A LOT of work to do and needs to realize its bad service will affect some awesome sellers out there! So....2 part review. The flip flops themselves are very decent and comfy. Color is good but not as vibrant as pic. Size is ok... I'm a TRUE 9 but I hate my ankles hanging off a flop so I normally do 10 in flops. The sizing option for these was 9womens/8mens (which any woman who buys mens shoes for herself knows there is not a 1 size differential) but they work. I was skeptical at 1st, but after a day of loosening up the rubber they fit great. Holds your foot on well! Part 2 of review. This company suuucks. I also ordered the red. 10 days later and many exasperated calls to amazon in I don't know what country and I'm still without them. Ordered a week before my vacation because amazon has been so unreliable for 8 months now (why am I paying for prime???) And still nothing. And horrible non existent communication. I'm so over it.

I use them mostly in my house instead of slippers. Their colors are great and are so comfortable. They are of wonderful quality for such a low price.

UPDATE: Emil (seller) reached out to me after I left a review and generously offered to provide a replacement pair. He was very communicative and professional. The replacement pair fits well and are comfortable. I've updated to 4 stars for stellar communication and customer service. I hope to get a bit more wear out of this pair (at which point I hope to update this review again), and I highly recommend Emil! I've had these for about 10 months and absolutely loved them. They're wider than the Old Navy flip flops I owned previously, and I liked that they were made from real rubber. However, they are already falling apart -- the thongs on both shoes are splitting at the "Y" after only 10 months of gentle, indoor only use (I wear them indoors and at home, so they are worn less than half the day and in low-wear conditions). I was hoping for a bit more durability from the product and won't be buying again, unfortunately.

I never wore these because the smell is SO bad. They have been outside on my deck for more than a month in the sun and rain and they still smell - STINK. The odor is chemical, kind of petroleum based and very strong. I doubt if the smell will ever fade enough to wear them.

The shoes are pretty good for the price, but even weeks after taking them out of the packing and washing them in various ways, they are still very smelly. They will live in the garage except when being worn. Despite the smell, the design and fit are good, and they'll be good summer shoes for an 11-year-old who is hard on her flip-flops.

When the rubber hits the road. I am a Jersey girl. What can I say. Love the real rubber feel. Always goes to the Jersey shore with me.

Loved these. Very comfortable color looked great on my tan. Nice ones felt like walking on air.

I like the fact that they are rubber and not another pvc material. The flip flops are otherwise comfortable with the exception of your logo imbedded into the heel--it bothers my heel as I can feel it and it's very noticeable. You should put the logo somewhere else,such as on the side of the flip flop, so no one has to feel the bumps.
