Very good beans, amazing flavor. Beans are on the smaller side, but I've noticed that a number of the higher end tasting coffees do have a smaller bean so no worries. The flavor is fantastic. This is an unbeatable price for the flavor, expect to pay more than double for a decent (and probably over-roasted) comparable Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. I do recommend going with a med+ roast at most to get the full flavor of this coffee, don't overdo it :). I'm a bit of a coffee snob, and there is nothing about this product I don't like: great taste, and great value as well, go ahead and get it. (I got the Ethiopian)

This has become my go-to brands for home roasting. It would be great if a little more information about the source was provided, e.g. whether it was organic, what kinds of farmers, etc.

It was good, but not as good as Ethiopian Yirgacheffe or Nicaraguan Caturra. This coffee had a distinct aftertaste that I am not used to yet (maybe it will grow on me). I did a medium roast and let it degas for 2 days. Maybe l’ll extend the degas to 7 days on my next batch. But other than that, the quality of beans was excellent, uniform and no defects. I’d wish the seller included the region and altitude of where the coffee came from to better understand this coffee.

The ones I received are brown in color rather than green as shown in listing. I roasted some & found the flavor extremely peculiar unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. I tried again with much lighter roast. Still horrific. I feel there is something wrong with this batch but cannot find a way to reach the seller.

Excelente calidad

I purchased this in October and already running out. Delicious at a Medium Roast. My machine can not handle Dark roast. Great flavor, low acid. Chocolate finish. Cleaned/washed. Even roast. No idea how someone gave it a 1-star and no review. Maybe they did not realize they were buying Green Coffee. Excellent value... Will buy again.
