My baked goods come out so good with this brand of vanilla. It is expensive but after I use all nice items in my baked goods I don't want to use a cheap vanilla! I can taste the difference in this vanilla.

I decided to give this brand a try after I ran out of my former one. I was looking forward to it based on reviews and the description. However, upon pouring it into a teaspoon I already noticed its color was far less darker than the Villa brand I use. Then was the taste test. I mixed it into my plain yogurt and sweeten lightly with honey. Same amount as I usually use, but the only difference is this new vanilla extract. The flavor was lacking. ): I had to add double nearly triple the amount I used to use to achieve the previous vanilla flavor. It smells more like bourbon than vanilla. I would say this quality is medium. The price is expensive for a small amount, while being less potent. I usually use a lot of vanilla extract as I like baking also. This may not stand in your baked goods because the flavor is so light. May need to double the portion, but lessen the other liquid ingredients. Size per price with middle quality. I dont think it is worth it sadly. I was excited.. but I will be going back to the other brand. It was worth a shot. The Villa brand does have sugar although this one doesnt, but potency between the two is quite drastic.

The real deal - a little of this stuff goes a long way, adding the proper flavor. I will always try to keep a supply.

It tastes great. We use it to flavor whipping creme for deserts and other things. I am going to try making my own vanilla creamer for coffee. Should be great.

Per me il miglio estratto di vaniglia: aroma calibrato, intenso ma non stucchevole, e non sa di "artificiale". Indicato per tutti gli usi, ovviamente è perfetto nei dolci, dai biscotti alle cheesecake. Non è necessario abbondare nelle dosi, perchè un cucchiaino dona un fantastico aroma di vaniglia a ca. 1/2 kg di impasto per biscotti. Lo consiglio a chiunque!
