Great Customer Service!
This company has great customer service! After I ordered this lab coat, I was afraid that I might have ordered it too small. I sent a message to the company hoping I was not too late because, of course, you cannot return a personalized item. They responded quickly and were able to change the size. The lab coat is exactly as described. It is a perfect fit (go by the inches listed on the sizing chart and measure something you already own for comparison). The personalization looks exactly like it did on the site. It looks altogether professional.

Product appears to be well made. It is just as advertised. My coat is too small. Since my name is on it, the company would not accept a return. They did offer a partial discount on a reorder of a larger size.

Great quality & fits as expected. I wear it at work and it fully covers my body & arms. Seems to be pretty durable and I expect it to last.
