This box cutter utility knife can handle any box cutting chore I envision. The longer serrations cruise through most box's seams. The tighter more saw like side is up to the job when it comes to heavy cardboard (above 32 lbs edge support) -- the type boxes in which Amazon ships bottles and heavier objects. Surely wear a protective glove on your holding hand. This knife looks as if it doesn't know the meaning of mercy.

It did not work. worthless for the money. Its sharp, but would not cut the asphalt shingles.

I never write reviews but this knife works better than I imagined. I had to cut up old rugs for disposal and this knife is a real time saver. Much better than scissors. Actually had fun (as much as you can) doing a dirty job. 👍

It was a little hard to get used to both sides being sharp and serrated. It took me twice to cut my finger to remember that it's sharp enough that you don't need to press down while cutting. This is my go to knife to cut any bread or something that needs a sharp knife.

Cuts great...good buy....

Works great for cutting shingles. Only downfall is it scratches the D metal (drip edge) so it's not the best to use.

i used this knife to cut round cardboard tubes into shorter tubes and it worked great.
