Not worth it. Too small and falling apart!
Smaller than expected. Upon opening, one of the zipper pulls broke off. My son has had this for a little over a week and only puts a binder and lunchbox in it. Both straps have torn. One has completely ripped. Not worth the money.

Excellent customer service
The bag is cool my son loves it the only problem was the design which must be a iron on or something, one of the letters were not placed right. The company did act fast and refunded me for the mess up. Because of the outstanding customer service I will definitely purchase again .

I bought this for my son, and was prepared for it to be a halfway cheap backpack, but I was surprised. Its durable, big, strong zippers, and the material is like a waterproof material. Very happy with it :)

I bought this for our 7 year old grandson to use for 1st grade. The shipping took a while but we were please with the backpack when it finally arrived. It is a full size back pack and seems pretty durable.
