Got it delivered just now. Looks premium. Worth of 1000 odd rupees. Have to see its durability. Cotton feels genuine. Cotton mats are more friendly than plastic mats for yoga. I purchased this brand as I see the avg reviews is good for it.

It truly had a good rubberized material on one side, however it's hard to visually distinguish (may be it is good in one way). One needs to feel the rubberized side to decide which side to lay it on. The thickness is good for doing standing excercises and general yoga, however for planks it's too harsh on my elbows.

Hello Guys, this yoga mat product is make in India product and it's excellent quality product for your Yoga session. You only need to concentrate on Yoga as the mat will give you comfort and it's an anti skid material at the back of this mat so stretch your body as much as you want while you do your yoga. Thank you Amazon for the timely delivery! The yoga mat is really sturdy and anti skid despite when you are performing fast moves! It comes with a sling, so easy to carry around and hang anywhere that means saves space! A great product and strongly recommend buyers to invest on this product rather than buying the polyester made mats which are hazardous to health on a long run and also wear off with regular usage.

For the money the value is great. However you cannot do downward dog on this mat without slipping. I have to do that on my stone floor instead. It also slides on the floor a lot so I have to put a regular cheap mat underneath then it sticks perfectly to the floor. Otherwise warrior position and other positions with three points of contact were impossible. But with cheap synthetic mat underneath it works well for most poses and even for some downward dog vinyasa so long as I am not trying to get the best stretch and working on strength. I miss my lululemon mat it is the only none slippery one I have used. This ase mat is just slippery cotton rectangle. Needs to be made thicker and from rougher material.

Great eco-friendly product. Gets softer with every wash. Doesn’t skid on the floor if the correct side is placed on the floor. Will hurt or form impressions on skin when pressure is applied in the beginning and reduces with use and washing. Standard size suitable for all.

The fabric and its thickness is comfortable for all kinds of exercises. The rubber lining doesnt let the mat slip. Used it for a month or so and ordered another one. Gives value for money.

The quality of yoga is good till you have washed it. The day you wash, the rubber below the mat makes it sticky and you cannot use at all. When you put on the floor, the floor also becomes sticky. After washing I kept it drying for 2-3 days thinking that sticky ess would go off, but it didn't. Not to sure what to do with this mat. Can't return as the time-frame is gone. I hope seller contact me and share me a solution.
