WIAONE Hammer Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid Bowling Ball

First new ball in 25 plus years. I bowled on a men's commercial league in the mid 90's. My average then was 148....I haven't bowled for about 15 years now. I have had this ball since its release...my average is now 185. This ball in incredible! I picked the 15 pound because I'm now 52 years old...let's face it, my back isn't what it used to be. This thing hooks like crazy, but is also controllable enough to come up the back and get a pretty straight roll out of it also. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS BALL! My first ball up until I bought the Black Widow hybrid was a Brunswick Mica Reactive Zone...it was great but this Widow blows it out of the water!

I’m a left handed bowler, who on the advice of the local pro-shop tech went on the search for a good hybrid ball. I chose the Black Widow based primarily on the Amazon reviews. I’m happy to report after a full year of use (summer and winter league with three tournaments) this has become my primary ball. The rev rate is a little better than my hard ball and the good pin action makes my oft shots off the mark much more forgiving.

I had been waiting to try this ball for months when I bought it. It was delivered in a timely fashion, and I was able to get it drilled two days before a tournament. The PSO helped me fine tune the layout, and this became my most aggressive ball by far. While it has required me to move many boards right (1HNT lefty), I have had fun using this for the past few months, and it definitely was worth the purchase.

The ball hooks way too much for me. I'm in my late sixties and can't get enough speed on the ball to control it. Should be awesome for a younger bowler.
