Q: How do you take off the old one and put on the new one?

We just put over the old one. Can't even tell. Sent tan one back cuz it didn't match at all. Black looks great.

Q: Is this easy to install? Do you just put it over the old one?

Easy to install, I took the old leather one off and put the new one on over the existing foam padding. I used an air stapler to attach the new cover to the plastic armrest. Be sure to use short staples, the plastic is thin in some areas.
