I bought these only for my emergency bag at home and in the car. I didn't try them until now, when I needed to swap out for newer ones. So the first bite, I thought, ok this tastes healthy but nothing to rave over...they'll be great in an emergency. But now having emptied one box and starting on another lol, I look forward to them every morning. They are hearty, tasty, and super healthy. You get what you pay for. If I wanted something low cost that tasted like brownies and was full of unnatural ingredients and chemicals, I could find that at the store. That's not what I want. If you want something with protein, low sugar, good taste, and no chemicals, buy these and be healthy. By the way, these were in my car for 2 yrs and were soft and delicious even past the expiration date.

Good energy bar without sugar (sugar = fake energy.) Pretty acceptable taste for a boost bar. Great for hike. Labeled organic which helps.

The shape and consistency reminds me of Fig Newtons, only larger. Taste is good, though slightly bland. Sugar-free has that effect. It's likely that I will order it again.

We love these bars! Unfortunately, my husband snacks on them and when I want one, they're all gone!

Recommended in consumer health newsletter. Smallish bars that are not crunchy but chewy and taste exactly like a compressed peanut butter & jelly sandwich. 6 grams of protein and zero added sugars. 5 natural ingredients. A little pricey.
