Quality was good. But Amazon recommended this product with the 6 compartment divider for the console.This tray is much bigger than the factory tray. It is literally impossible to use this tray and the divider. Only get one!Without knowing this, i bought both. I opted to keep the divider and use the factory tray. I returned this tray.Very simple return. Seller was great.I'm giving it 5 stars because it is a good product. It juat doesn't work well for what i want

This product is a fail. It is flawed by design. It is too narrow and flimsy and falls down off the rails it is supposed to slide on in the center console. I have a 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE, but I was able to MacGyver it and rescue it and make it usable with about a 4 hour project. See photos.I see the product designer's mistake. They made this part the same width as the OEM console tray but the failed to realize that the console tray that comes stock with the Highlander has wide flanges that hold it against the inside walls of the console compartment and ride properly on the slider rails. See photo.This one does not have that. Plus it is thinner, more flimsy plastic. So if you put any downward pressure when you slide it, or anything with weight like coins, it pushes down inside and jams itself squeezed below where it is supposed to sit.I went to the hardware store and bought felt lined mirror holder brackets (see photos). I then measured and trimmed them with a hack saw, rounded them with a Dremel stone wheel, sanded the plastic and the metal, and crazy glued them to the sides of the tray.Now after all that it sits properly on the side rails and slides nicely (thanks to the sturdy metal and felt that the brackets came with). What a mayhem project. I would have gladly paid $60 for one that fits properly rather than $15 for this and a half day's work to make it fit properly.

It is functional but slides occasionally and once in, it is difficult to access the bottoms of the middle console. Also, if you put change in the holders , due to the lack of tight fit. You will hear change moving around while you drive. Which it fit like the OEM tray. The ORM tray has foam trim on the edges to prevent sliding and better fit.

The best thing we could get for a new car! Makes small things easy to get to. Durable and fits perfectly!

Exactly as described. Bought for our 2019 Toyota Highlander. Fits perfectly. Just enough room for all our stuff.

very nice, it's a little longer than the OEM one which makes it just a little difficult to reach stuff below but that's a minor issue

Had to add the soft part of velcro to the sides of the tray make it fit tight. once added, it did not fall through or slide excessively. It only took about 1 inch on two places on each side. much better than the original tray that came with the SUV. Great.

This is better than the one that came in our 2016 Highlander.
