Great support from company!
I ordered this June 2021 to monitor power and temperature in our camper when we leave the dogs. It has worked flawlessly for 2 years. This past July, I received some strange notifications in the middle of the night while the camper was unplugged from shore power. We get the camper back from the shop 2 months later and the unit is dead. I checked the instructions for a reset switch and found that I could pull the battery to reset it.I tried that, but it still didn't work. I tried a new battery and still nothing. So, I called Sensored Life to cancel my monitoring plan. When I told them what happened, the very polite person on the phone offered to send me a new one. WOW! I certainly didn't expect that.I am looking forward to having the service back as it gives us peace of mind monitoring power and temp while we are away. This company cares about its customers and truly strives to deliver a great product. I wish more companies were like this.

Two months and it's already paid for itself!
This product has already been a huge lifesaver for me! I bought my MarCELL in December w/ enough SPucks to cover each bathroom and my laundry room. My house is in NH, so fear of my furnace shutting down and the pipes freezing up is a major concern. I work for the Navy and am gone for months at a time so even though I have the house checked weekly, when something goes wrong it happens fast. I got on the computer to check my email (from the middle of the Pacific Ocean) and received low temperature alerts from the MarCell back home. I also had an email from my oil company letting me know they had gone over and replaced a clogged nozzle in my boiler and reset the system. And finally, an email from my mother to let me know she had gone over to check in and everything was back up and the house was back to 60F like I had set it a month ago before leaving for work (I set up my notifications and phone calls for 55F on the MarCELL). Needless to say, everyone who needed to be notified was and by the time I awoke and checked my email, all was taken care of! I logged into sensoredlife.com and could see the slow drop in temp, the warnings issued and the temperature now stabilized at 60F once more. The unit only updates the website every 8 hours (3 times daily) but, it will update immediately when an alarm threshold is reached. I purchased some additional one time updates as well to monitor it closely as the temperature came back up. It was only $2 for 8 updates (basically the $0.25 per message x 8 updates AT&T charges sensoredlife to update outside of my subscription). I tested the SPucks as well before leaving and each one immediately updated on their website and issued its alerts saying where water had been detected. One of my units would not register though, and I received an email back half an hour later from the company and everything was all taken care of. I have to say, from the opposite side of the world, this system gives me peace of mind and I truly trust it! A total of $300 for my MarCELL and SPucks and $150 for a weekend furnace service call is way less money and hassle than dealing iwth my insurance company over water damage. So basically, it has already paid for itself and I will be at ease knowing my home is monitored anytime I am on a ship or leaving my home for the weekend when on vacation. Great product, highly recommended! (And yes, I wrote this review from my ship as well haha. Cheers from the West Pacific!)

Exactly what I needed
I bought this to monitor the temperature of my walk in freezer. It does an amazing job. I get great Verizon service in my area and not AT&T. I have tested it in all scenarios. I have shut of the power to make sure that it calls me. I have it setup to call me , text me, and email both my wife and I if there is a temperature spike. It works great. I really wish that it had an app instead of a website. But I just save the link in my Notes app and check it periodically if I'm not close to it. Great product.

Great for home and boat.
I have two of these units; one for each home. The unit is great but lacks features of the discontinued Motorola unit which it replaced (light sensor and vibration alert).Obviously, I don’t need one to monitor the home I’m currently in, so I put that in my boat and monitor any flooding with the s-puck. Most boats sink at their slips!

They saved the lives of my babies.
I am very emotional as I write this review. Charlie and the other representative worked with me for a very long time and were so patient. The first unit did not work. We went through everything. They were absolutely amazing. Their help was personalized, kind, friendly, everything you could hope for. It was determined the unit should be switched for another one. It was perfect. After finishing all of my testing, only a few days passed, and then today arrived… I rushed home as fast as I could and because of their customer service and truly, truly caring, and sticking with me, my cats are alive. If they had given up on me, my babies would be gone. One has very long fur and special health needs. He has to be cool. Please see the photo attached. This is inside of an RV sitting on a concrete slab in the Texas sun. Outside it was 97°. Thank you, thank you. And my Libby and Jackson are alright. Two lives were saved.

Used in RV for my dog - perfect temp / power monitor
My dog is my baby. This monitor was perfect for when I had to leave him in the RV for a few hours. I wanted to know if the air conditioner stopped working, it got too hot, or there was a power outage. Accurate and well worth the money. Notifications are prompt.

It does not seem fair that we have to pay additional money to get instant notices.
Besides the payment for the monthly/annual plan we have to pay for the instant notices? That seems greedy on their part.
