Great product!
Great vitamins. Easy to take. My 12 year takes them daily and is feeling great. Her hair, skin, nails are so beautiful. She eats well and takes these so it’s a combo. Definitely recommend!

*Updated review *Not a good fit for my child
UPDATE: After my initial review customer service contacted me and refunded my purchase. Have to admit that was a surprise and was a fast response. Due to that I decided to give product another try, at a different time since it has a good expiration date. Good customer service makes a big difference!!! **The capsules are big, tastes gross and you cannot return it . Unless you know your teen is used swallowing big capsules, don’t try it. Of course it tastes gross because is not candy, and it doesn’t work if you wanna dissolve in water or tea. Tried it twice with no success and it is not returnable.

We have a subscription for this. It does what it claims. It helps especially with demanding days when there’s not much sleep and so much to do. No taste or smell. The size is standard capsule so it’s easy to swallow.

One bad pill
My daughter just started taking them a couple of weeks ago. They don’t seem to cause stomach upset or anything. But I found a pill with brown dust(?) stuck on it. I hope it is not a mold or something more serious. My return due date is over and I am dumping the rest. Update: the seller sent me a message apologizing and offered full refund. I think their customer service is fine. I hope this leads to their commitment to safe production.
