One Day: Now a major Netflix series

So many things that you must know.

For the first time, I would have to say I found the series better than the book..an ordinary typical story of best friends falling in love but the intensity of characters as portrayed in the series has made me rate this book as 4 :)

Disastrously Beautiful ! It made me cry and laugh and everything in between . DEFINITELY my favourite book now. David Nicholls is such an amazing writer . Told in a real simple way .. yet beautiful. The characters and the story will remain with you forever .

It seems the story is taken from some real characters .....i love reading this book.

The print feels cheap. I returned it immediately.

It is fun to get to know a character through a book and feel every thing for them.The story takes off slowly and makes us feel moved with each of them undergoing different experiences in life.I have watched the movie too but the book is definitely the best.The thought process of each of the characters while undergoing a situation is very neatly written ,thus makes you feel normal for what you have in your mind.Loved it.

The book is funny, real, I love the sarcasm between the two characters. It made me laugh, and cry. And, I watched the movie too. It was great. My favourite story till now.

Must read. I love the ease in the relationship between Em and Dex. A humorous, emotional, fantastic read for all.

Haven’t read it yet, but came in great condition

It’s a good book but not as good as the series.

This has to be one of the best books I've read in a long time. I read this so quickly which shows how much I enjoyed it. What stands out the most and what makes it so special is the dialogue between the two characters. I've seen the movie and the TV series and it seems the TV series was far more closer to the book than the movie. Emma is absolutely hilarious and really puts Dexter in his place at times and I think this is what appeals to Dexter. She is like none of his conquests. She is his friend first and foremost. In the book Dexter is a horrible person, but the writers in the TV show and Leo Woodall make him likeable. This was such a beautifully written book that will stand the test of time. Definitely one of my favourites.
